For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
As part of the Event, Activities of various types are organized, including the 48-hour Hackathon, Workshops and other programme items described in the Event agenda on the Website. Activities may be held in an on-site, online or hybrid format (in Gdańsk, at the Venue, and/or remotely in real time), and participation in them is free of charge.
The Event is addressed in particular to persons from innovative companies and startups operating in areas related to the purpose of the Event. The purpose of the Event is to respond to three forces shaping contemporary challenges: the need to build technological sovereignty in a changing geopolitical order, the protection of Baltic infrastructure, and the development of dual-use innovation. It is a space for joint action for the security and technological sovereignty of the future.
Cash prizes with a total gross pool of PLN 10,000 shall be awarded as part of the Hackathon and financed from the Main Organizer's own funds.
The controller of personal data is the Main Organizer, Fundacja CODE:ME with its registered office in Gdańsk, al. Wojska Polskiego 41, 80-268.
